GOALS
- APA will be accountable for all
local, state, and federal fiscal requirements for
budgeting, accounting, auditing, and reporting as
defined in the TEA Financial Accountability System
Resource Guide with a special emphasis on internal
accounting controls.
- APA organization and management
systems will be data driven.
- APA will utilize continuous
evaluations of students, staff, and programs to ensure a
productive learner-centered school.
- APA will provide professional
development, mentoring, and coaching to ensure the
success of all employees.
- APA will earn an “exemplary” rating
from the Texas Education Agency by 2009-10.
